  The cleaning was done on Jan 4 at my daughter's townhouse. A valuable family heirloom (handblown 100 year old delicate glass swan) was broken. I have been patiently waiting for months to get a final decision on the amoint of the settlement. As of today, April 17, 2018, I have not heard from Kelly or Bernard. I have initiated all calls to the MM office. All I get from Kelly is that she will discuss it with Bernard. Last time I called was end of March. I am VERY disappointed.
