  Dr. Barnes is a caring and knowledgeable doctor, always taking time and paying attention to the details during the patient's visit , but the clerks (starting with unfriendly Jacky, Receptionist) in her office are absolutely disorganized and lack of any compassion. Never in my experience I was called with the blood test results unless I request it myself. This time after requesting it the second time I am unable to pick up my results (and I desperately needed them for another appointment), because her assistants have not got it ready for release. What a shame! I was told the results are on the assistant's desk for the call to me, and until then they are unable to print them out for me. Isn't it ridiculous?! I am her, at their counter with my cell phone in my hand ready to talk and pick them up! It almost seems to me like they're sabotaging her wonderful work. My request for the doctor to call me back was also left unanswered. I am sure, the message has never been passed. This is the only doctor that I still keep from Health First Medical Group! All because of the outrageous office service, not because of bad providers...
