  I have been going to Long Horn since they introduced the restaurants in Florida. Always a smile when you come in the door from who ever is working at the hostess stand, very helpful servers eager to please and a clean & well maintained atmosphere. Of course the decor has and will probably always be a western theme (I do miss the stuffed jackolopes). A great selection of food on the menu too. My favorite appetizer to order is the Wild West Shrimp. The steaks, hamburgers, chicken and sides are all amazing but I like to sometimes order a 7-pepper Sirloin Salad (substitute the steak for chicken) adding bacon crumble all covered in honey-dijon salad dressing. Oh yeah lets not forget about that so delightful loaf of bread with the honey butter. Keeps me coming back for more lunch or dinner time!
