  I'm proposing to my girlfriend and have a ring to get clean and my mother told me to come here I went and they cleaned it for free they are amazing over there very nice definitely should check it out

  This place is amazing especially when it comes to customer service and quality work. Super friendly people too. I had a custom pendant hand made from them and it came out AMAZING. They listened to what I wanted, showed me some beautiful design ideas, then after choosing what I liked best, they custom designed a beautiful pendant. There aren't enough good/positive things I can say about The Jewelry Store. Most definitely the first place I will go to for repairs and/or custom work from now on.

  They come across as a family bussiness. They will do anything for you if you are 'paying them'. I had an old diamond and payed them for a new setting. The diamond I got back was swapped out for a PIECE OF GARBAGE. I spoke to Denise and she said 'prove it'. I couldn't, I didn't get the diamond appraised so please BEWARE, makes me sick I was so trusting ............ Karma karma karma
