  Went for lunch with a co-worker. There were only two customers in line in front of us, yet it took THIRTY FIVE MINUTES to get our food from the time we walked in the door. The sub was okay, but definitely not worth $12. We told the employee that made our sandwiches that we would be dining in, yet I was handed a bag and all but rushed out the door. Then the cashier had the audacity to ASK for a tip when I paid.
  
  Next time I am spending $12 on a lunch that takes an hour, it'll be at the sit-down casual restaurant across the street with a waitress that will bring my food. Standing there for half an hour, eating out of a paper bag, and then having to clean up after myself is not worth $12 plus a tip.
