  My sister brought her phone in for a screen repair. Two hours after she got the phone back the screen had a bunch of colored lines across it. When she brought the phone back in she was told that she had damaged the phone and that they would not honor the warranty. She is now out $260 and still has a broken phone.
  
  The reason this business has so many good reviews is because they give customers discounts on their repairs in exchange for good ratings.

  There was no physical damage to the phone and no reason not to stand behind your products and repairs. Seeing as you deleted the picture from your response, you know that the phone being damaged again is a baseless claim.
  
  The "courtesy" offer was to pay another $200 to put on another screen. This was obviously declined because it should have been done right the first time. The only reason that I would ever come back to the store is if you fix your mistakes/faulty product and repair the phone the way it should have been done the first time.
