  Employee named James (melbourne store) is quite the piece of work. He has repeatedly cut me off mid sentence, almost ran right into my wife telling her to "get out of my way", and never seems like he really wants to be around at all. It is a consistent, recurring issue. It shows alot. REGARDLESS i love this place, i buy alot of things here and get some pretty good deals on things i need. Bottom line is DECENT tools, VERY good pricing, GOOD customer service with the exception of the ALWAYS grumpy James. 2/5.
