  The first time I called Nanci she put me at ease; we talked for over an hour. We had so much in common and I felt I had known her for years. She explained everything I needed to do in great detail. She walked me through everything step by step. I had a very unique situation in which I knew absolutely nothing about. She took care of everything. She went WAY above and beyond what I have ever seen any business person do for their clients. She kept me informed constantly. She always returned phone calls, text or emails immediately. She definitely makes you feel like you are her only client because she accomplishes so much in such a small amount of time. Through all of my stress, she helped ease my anxiety through the sale of my mother's house. I don't know how I could have ever done this without her.
  I think Nanci is an amazing person who is very dedicated to her clients and her profession. I would recommend her without question and would feel confident that she would be able to accomplish whatever situation that would arise.
