  I called from San Antonio Texas for a Valentines arrangement. Marylou was extremely patient with helping me choose the flowers I wanted. She cared about getting my order right. When I called on delivery day to check on my order, she was again very patient and helpful. My flower arrangement was delivered on time and it was beautiful. I will definitely purchase from Buds & Bows Floral Design again and I will definitely recommend them to others. Impeccable service. Joe Roselle

  I called to have an arrangement made up for my friend who just had a new baby girl. A girl named Katy informed me she could make anything I'd like. So I told her what I wanted and she sent me a picture of the arrangement before she delivered the flowers. I told her the flowers weren't quite the color I wanted and she asked me what color and then she sent me another picture and the arrangement was beautiful. I was impressed and she went out of her way to please me. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you for caring about your customers concerns.

  Last week my husband and I stopped in to Buds and Bows Florist to pick out an arrangement for an upcoming funeral. We have never use this florist before. We were not totally certain what kind of arrangement we wanted, but knew it had to have simplicity, reflect nature, be beautiful and something the family could have for a longer time.
  Mary Lou suggested we look at a photo of a driftwood arrangement with succulent plants and other flowers on her computer. As soon as we saw the arrangement, we knew that is what we wanted. She even had us pick out some of the flowers in her cooler that we liked.
  We definitely were pleased and the arrangement Mary Lou did was absolutely beautiful. Many compliments from people and the family was thrilled.
  A big thank you to all at Buds and Bows for the time and attention you gave to us.
