  I called them for a generator the guy told me they had one left. I tried to pay and reserve over the phone. They told me they do not accept payment over phone. I told him I lived in Sebastian about 45 mins away. He said they would hold for 1 hr. I gave him my name and he said it was all good come on! I instantly got in the car and headed there, 45 minutes later I arrive and the guy there acts like I am crazy, says he has none left. I explain what happened and he is like oh well sorry about your luck. So basically on a day that I am trying to prep for the Hurricane you waste almost 2 hrs of my already short day. Thanks for nothing but wasting my time. Jerks!!!!
