  Was searching for a new Primary; heard she is wonderful, her webpage said she had evening and extended hours. Called the main number; recording said hold all lines were busy; waited more than 10 minutes. A girl came on the line and I inquired about making an appt. Was told their was a "waiting list" to become a patient for Dr. Aboutanos. Asked how long was the wait. She didnt know. I asked if she could find out; was it a month, 3 months; 6 months, she had no idea. I asked if she could find out. I was put on hold for another 8 minutes. Another woman came on the line and thought it was a new incoming call! Explained the situation and she said she could make an appt. - had no idea about a wait list. Scheduling for July - and did not have any extended hours. Wait a waste of my time was on hold "in dead air" more than I had spoken to a live person. She may be good, but the horrible customer service experience turned me away.
