  When I checked in for my MRI, reception says it will be more like 1:15 pm for my 12:45 pm appointment. After checking in, I went to the bathroom and while in there heard someone call my first name. I waited until 1:15 pm and approached reception asking if they forgot about me. ITS THEN AND ONLY THEN the receptionist says "we called your name".
  
  How unprofessionally ignorant to tell a patient it would be a 30 minute wait ONLY to call their name right away THEN blame the patient. Why wasn't my name called right away again? Why were other patients taken ahead of me? I paid my copay just like all the others. Improve your idiotic practice or close.

  Staff was friendly and professional. Enjoyed experience except that agonizingly loud MRI machine. Drowned out the music :(
