  I’m just going to explain my situation and you can make your own judgement.
  
  -was the doctor there to deliver my son ?
  
  No. She was called by the nurse several times before my son came out and every time doctor Daley would just give instructions over the phone to the nurse that works at the hospital.
  
  - my sons head came out and no doctor was there to deliver my son. When my sons head came out the nurse panicked because she’s not ready to deliver my son, so she then called Daley once again. At this point Daley then finally Came to the hospital. It took her ten to fifteen minutes after my sons head was out to arrive and deliver my baby.
  
  - my sons head was stuck in the same position for ten to fifteen minutes, taking contraction after contraction to the same area of his neck.
  
  - over time we noticed my son cannot fully turn his head to the left and His left hand cannot react and do things the same as his right hand can. Sooo.
  
  - I am now going to a children’s hospital in Orlando to see if my son has nerve damage or any long lasting effects from the extra long birth period he had to endure because doctor Daley didn’t want to get up at 3 am to deliver my son.
  
  - Went to the children’s hospital in Orlando. Spoke w an amazing children’s doctor who examined my son. When I told him about the extra long birth period and how my sons neck was taking contractions for ten to fifteen minutes durning birth, the doctor said he’s never heard of that before.
  
  - the list of issues that relate to my sons neck are very long from sleep to physical pain he must endure in order to stretch his neck out an every day battle.
  
  - very sad, poor treatment, certainly not a FAMILY DOCTOR in my books.
