  I ordered a coffee which is usually very consistent and good but this time it was very bitter and I asked to give me a new one and it was as bitter as the first one. The waitress asked me if I'd like to speak with the manager and I said yes and they never came back so I feel like they don't really care.

  This is one of the best. There food is hot and actually looks like the pictures on the menu.

  Although there are still bugs (software) to be worked out, the kiosk option of ordering and the ability to customize your order or even create your own concoction, is great. No more ordering two and slapping parts together; it's done from the get-go when you choose. The staff is still adjusting to the system evidenced by the inconsistency of bringing or not bringing napkins and such with the orders or not offering up cups when you order to have your drink while you await your order at the table. I do wish they'd put some notation on the sign outside indicating which restaurants have the kiosk ordering and which do not. Of the several McD's in the Melbourne area, this is my favorite by far. Even before the kiosk system, my order was always spot on and everyone was courteous.
