  I am in no way affiliated with this business, my review is all upon my experience with the staff of Aviation Survival.
  
  I ordered a flight bag online from their website on a Thursday evening because I needed my order by Wednesday and wanted to get it Tuesday. I called on the next day to check the status of my order and see when it would arrive. Rachel said it may get shipped out today, but no guarantees. I didn't get tracking information over the weekend, so on Monday, I called and spoke to Rachel telling her that I needed my order by Tuesday, that's why I ordered it Thursday. She said she would check on it and call me back later that day, but no call. So today on Tuesday, I call and spoke with Rachel. She told me that she didn't send tracking because Brightline Bags didn't send her any tracking info, so she couldn't forward it to me (makes sense. She said she gave Brightline Bags her company account number to ship overnight. It will be here today. I would say that Rachel performed at her best to make sure that I got my order when I needed it. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Their prices are also great. Highly recommend them!
