  I have had some pretty lofty fitness goals, and decided to join Crossfit Rise Above to see if I could attain them. I am happy to report that in just a few short months I'm practically there. I wish I could say I did it all by myself, but it would only be fair to give credit where credit is due. At Crossfit Rise Above, I immediately was welcomed, and have never felt as though I didn't belong, this started from the moment I did my first Open Group Workout (free to the public 9:30 a.m.) on a Saturday, and is true to this day.
  
  The coaches are inspirational and knowledgeable about all things crossfit and nutrition, and they really know how to help members get the most from their time spent on personal refinement. If you are looking for a great place to get fit, and simultaneously have fun, your search is over... Just visit Crossfit Rise Above, as I am sure you'll have the same experience. 3, 2, 1 GO!!!
