  Thank you so much for having my mother's shoes ready!! She was so excited to see them all restored, she hadn't worn them since she was in college. It was the perfect Mother's Day gift and I can't tell you how happy she was. I just had to leave a review to personally thank you for bringing such a smile to her face.

  i brought in my shoes to another shoe repair north of this location (trying not to point the finger) and unfortunately the owner said he was capable of fixing my shoes but severely messed them up. it was supposed to be a simple dye job and he ended up doing a sloppy job, painting over the metal toe tips, uneven coating, and so on. i spoke with adela about the situation and was hoping they could fix it. she outright delivered everything she promised and even removed the excess paint where it was not supposed to be dyed. they look almost new again and i'll be bringing a few more shoes in to get the dyed the color i had wanted when i first purchased. thank you so much adela and im sorry i couldnt post this sooner
