  Very disappointed in this store, I moved from another state and asked them about a service for my machine (Janome) and was told they would not service a machine that is not bought at their store... this is very poor customer service and I believe it is a requirement by Janome to be a "dealer"... will be talking to Janome about this. Also, they are listed as a clothing store but I didn't see any clothing in there..

  RUDE!!!! Just received a Janome machine as a gift and was asking for a phone number for Janome for some software help and was flat out told " If you didn't buy it here or you bought on line I cant help you" wouldn't even give me a phone number for Janome. Was planning a shopping trip there to check out the digitizer software but I will NEVER step food in there. So be ware if you didn't buy from them they are super RUDE!!!!
